We're a mid-sized PR & Digital agency specializing in beauty and personal care, located in Soho and we’re looking at Community Manager who is confident, dedicated and trend-savvy.

You are perfect for this position if you know what you like and dislike about the various social platforms can talk about the pros and cons of each at length, and are innovative, analytical, and passionate about bringing a brand to life in the digital age.

We seek people who:

  • Can ensure that all content is published across every social channel

  • Serve as the Community Manager across several brand platforms by reactively and proactively engaging with fans, followers, influencers, and consumers in a timely manner

  • Curating UGC and third-party lifestyle content for monthly calendars

  • Assist with copywriting

  • Act as a liaison between client and creative team, ensuring consistent brand voice and imagery across all platforms

  • Develop compelling content ideas to drive awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion

  • Promoting content and channels through Facebook’s Advertising platform

  • Pulling a variety of reports – weekly highlights, monthly performance reports, etc.

  • Stay current on new social media platforms, tools and best practices

  • Develop and execute social media strategy and seek appropriate brand partnerships

Preferred Educations & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry cred

  • Demonstrable experience working on social media for a brand

  • Passion for social media

  • Knowledge of relevant Influencers and bloggers

  • Strong writing skills

  • Close attention to detail

  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team

Associate Strategist, Digital

Our Associate Digital Strategist, Influencer & Brand Partnerships works at the intersection of brand strategy, influencer engagement and creative execution. They work cross-functionally with our strategy and creative teams to craft and integrate co-branded and influencer-led content for our client’s social channels.


  • Assist in digital/social strategy development

  • Develop creative concepts for brand and influencer integrations on our client’s social channels

  • Develop and manage social influencer campaigns

  • Lead and manage influencer engagement and SOW development

  • Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams

  • Measure and report on both quantitative and qualitative insights

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and regularly present fresh, proactive ideas to managers and clients

  • Mentor and help develop junior-level team members

  • Assist team with research, ideation and presentations for new business opportunities

  • Manage social media presence at client events, including real-time monitoring and live content creation support – Facebook Live, Instagram Live, Instagram Stories, etc.

Content Producer, Digital

If you have a passion for beauty, are a natural storyteller and love working in a creative, collaborative environment we want you to slide into our DMs.

Creative Media Marketing is a full-service integrated agency specializing in beauty. CMM has an amazing client list and is growing rapidly, so we need a few more hands on deck in our social division. We are currently looking for Content Producers based in NYC – sorry, no relocation or remote.

This is a full-time role for someone with at least 1 year of agency experience OR 2+ years of experience creating social content for brands.

You should be well versed in the Adobe CS and know how to create and edit multimedia content. We will give you a test on this so please be prepared to pass.

Your responsibilities as a Content Producer include:

  • Creating beautiful photography, videos and designs for social media channels

  • Brainstorming and researching creative concepts and activations

  • Communicating creative concepts and POVs to the client

  • Writing and designing content across all social platforms

  • Assisting with the development of brand voices that resonate with a brand's social community and stimulate engagement while growing the community fan base

  • Developing visual IDs and tone of voice for brands across social

  • Creating project and creative briefs

  • Creating a variety of presentations

  • Preproduction prop sourcing, equipment rental and securing of locations/studios

  • Maintaining our in-house studio

  • Working with client to gather assets in a timely manner

  • Staying up to date on new social media tools and best practices

  • Monitoring competitive landscape and assisting in the creation of monthly analytic reports

You should be well versed in the Adobe CS programs and know how to create and edit multimedia content. Strong photography, typography and design skills are a must.
