I’m a bit of Clair Huxtable, famed NFL coach Vince Lombardi and Ray Donovan all mixed in one.

I build strong teams, motivate them to do their best and am always available to provide a helping hand and listening ear. Victoria Messner    ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, CREATIVE   Victoria Messner leads CMM’s Creative Department, a talented team of art directors, designers, and content creators. In previous roles, she has led the Clinique Digital Team as the Global Digital Design Director and directed the New York branch of an international boutique creative agency, Reflexgroup. As a graduate of RISD, her design philosophy is rooted in curiosity, conceptual thinking, and hard work.  As long as she can remember, Victoria knew she wanted to be a designer. At the age of 8, she remembers telling her dad she wanted to make billboards one day. Well, those billboards are digital now but she wasn’t so far off.  More and more interested in the intersection of sustainability and capitalism, when Victoria isn’t in our Soho office or her Brooklyn studio, she’s upstate trying her hand at being a homesteader. Because who’s to say a digital thumb can’t be green too.
