Calling all interns with a love and passion for beauty! CMM is a small to mid-size full-service Public Relations and Influencer Marketing agency and we’re looking for amazing interns to join our dynamic Publication Relations and Influencer Marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to learn first-hand the ins and outs of PR and influencer marketing while working on high-profile beauty and lifestyle brands.

Depending on the department, opportunities include:

• Assisting with the development of content across CMM’s social platforms

• Assisting with event planning/execution

• Assisting with monthly analytics reports

• Editing images for social content

• Influencer Research, Monitoring and Outreach

• Assist in managing Master Influencer Lists

• Monitoring media placements

• Product mailings

• Updating media lists

• Writing pitches, fact sheets and press releases

• Identifying industry trends / relevant cultural moments that may make sense for brand activation 

• Share info on any key digital/social platform updates

• Competitive monitoring / analysis where needed 

Qualities we’re look for:

• Passion for PR, Influencer Marketing and pop culture

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs

• Strong writing skills

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills

• Close attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work well both independently and within a team

• Accuracy and thoroughness

• Proactivity 

• Not afraid to speak up and throw out ideas
